Minimal Stainless Steel Kitchen
This minimal and monolithic kitchen was designed by Belgium interior design studio, Diapal. Two contrasting materials have been used, stainless steel and travertine. The juxtaposition of the materials and the minimal aesthetics leads to a bold and airy space. There are no adornments in this kitchen, the functionality driving the design with sleek, minimal lines. Large, floating stainless steel drawers and cupboards are contrasted with the intricacies and beauty of natural stone. The combination is timeless. At once sleek and pared back, but grand with the gesture of the stunning stone features. A heavy set island and lightly floating cabinetry. Refined stainless steel and earthly stone. The contrasting materials give way to a comfortable yet ethereal space.
