Industrial Concrete Kitchen

This Kitchen, designed by the German architects Steininger is part of the Wohnhaus HO project. This is a stunning kitchen and one of our favourite kitchens of all time. What appears to be a simple design encompasses so much: advanced technology and engineering, classic and striking elegance, ingenuity, and bold ideas. The heaviness of the concrete is lifted by the moving plant boxes encapsulating the island. The cabinets behind are seamlessly white, focusing ones attention on the magnificence of the island. Quite a breathtaking kitchen.
